This Agreement governs your use of https://www.aasaanwork.in and the AasaanWork application, and your purchase of products or subscriptions offered by ProGalaxy Elabs Private Limited ("Company"). The Company may revise these terms at any time by posting the revised Agreement; continued use constitutes acceptance.

I. Products & Subscriptions

By placing an order you agree to these terms. The Company has proprietary rights in the products; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute them. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in addition to the displayed price (see Pricing).

II. Website & Content

Content and materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your normal use. You will not use the service for illegal purposes, interfere with other users, or transmit spam.

III. User Conduct & Content

You are responsible for content you post and your interactions with other users. You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use content you submit for the purpose of operating the service.

IV. Payments

Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider via hosted checkout. The order amount is determined and verified by our backend. See Pricing and Cancellation & Refund.

V. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

VI. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

VII. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the Company's registered office location.
